Alliance Française – Dubai

Alliance Française Dubai is a premier French language and cultural center in the UAE, dedicated to promoting the French language and Francophone cultures since its establishment in 1982. As part of the global Alliance Française network, it offers a comprehensive range of French language courses tailored for adults, teens, and children at all proficiency levels. Courses are available both in-person and online, ensuring flexibility for learners.

In addition to language instruction, Alliance Française Dubai serves as a vibrant cultural hub, hosting over 100 events annually, including film screenings, concerts, art exhibitions, and workshops. These events provide immersive experiences into French and Francophone cultures. The center also houses a library with over 20,000 resources, accessible to students and members.

Recognized by the French Ministry of Education, Alliance Française Dubai is the only center in the UAE authorized to administer official French language certifications such as DELF, DALF, TEF, and TCF, which are essential for immigration, academic, and professional purposes.

Located on 18th Street in Dubai, the center is affiliated with the French Consulate and is committed to fostering cross-cultural dialogue and understanding.
