Age limit
- Guests aged 16 years and above must purchase a ticket to enter the Dubai Opera Main Auditorium. Individuals below 16 years old are not permitted.
- This show is appropriate for those aged 16 years and above. Attendees between 16 and 18 years should be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and above.
Dress Code
- The Dubai Opera is the ideal venue to celebrate elegance and style.
- Kindly avoid overly casual or provocative attire, such as shorts or flip-flops, to uphold our venue standards.
- Guests not complying with the dress code will not be permitted entry.
Terms & Conditions
This ticket is sold subject to these Ticketing Terms and Conditions (the “T&C”). The T&C should be read carefully before purchase and the purchase of Ticket(s) constitutes acceptance of the T&C.
- No refund will be given because the ticket holder was not aware of the age restriction.
- All attendees must have a ticket to access the venue valid for the specific date, time, and event shown.
- No refunds or exchanges once tickets are purchased
- Photography, videography, and audio recording including camera phones are strictly prohibited.
- The ticket holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous, and illegal substances, and recording devices.
- Patrons arriving late to a performance will only be admitted into the venue at a suitable break. Latecomers may be seated in alternate seat locations to avoid disruption of the performance.
The following items are prohibited.
- Food and Beverages from outside are strictly not allowed. Food & Beverages purchased from the counters within the venue are allowed inside the auditorium.
- Professional cameras, laptops, tablets, selfie sticks/monopods or tripods, and audio or video recorders.
- illegal substances of any kind.
- Weapons of any kind, including any item that can be used as a projectile
- Drones and or other remote-controlled devices.
- Glow sticks and illuminating objects such as LED signage.
- Animals (excluding registered assistance/service dogs)
How to get there
By car: If you’re coming from Sheikh Zayed Road (E11), take the exit towards Financial Center Road/D71 and follow the signs for Burj Khalifa/Downtown Dubai. Keep right and merge onto Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard. Continue straight until you reach Dubai Opera, which will be on your right.
By public transportation: You can take the Dubai Metro Red Line and get off at the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Station. From there, you can either walk for about 10 minutes to Dubai Opera or take a short taxi ride to reach the venue.
By taxi: You can also take a taxi to Dubai Opera from anywhere in Dubai. If you’re coming from downtown, the journey typically takes around 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.
