• The Arena reserves the right to cancel any tickets bought from unauthorized resellers, including through Viagogo or Dubizzle
• Access is available for people of determination. Accessible tickets must be purchased
• Validation of the ticket holder’s identity may be requested at the Gate. This could take the form of a valid photo ID and the credit card used for purchase
• Customers must keep their e-tickets at all times and produced upon request by Arena staff
• In case of cancellation or postponement of the event, the refund of this e-ticket is subject to the terms and conditions of the event organizer
• Disorderly conduct, noncompliance with security measures, violation of any rules, policies, or regulations, or unauthorized use of this ticket may result in denial of admission or removal of the ticket holder from Etihad Arena
• Bags larger than 30x30x15 are not permitted. No storage or cloakroom facilities provided
• No professional cameras, audio, or video recorders allowed within the venue
• Etihad Arena is a contactless venue, and there are no ATMs inside the arena
• Attendees are required to behave by the country’s traditions and culture

• No re-entry: The ticket grants a one-time entry into the Etihad Arena, with no right of re-entry.
• No refund, no transfer: All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable, and are for your personal use only. We can confiscate a ticket if you resell it or attempt to resell it at a price above face value.
• Unauthorized resellers: The Arena reserves the right to cancel any tickets bought from unauthorized resellers through Viagogo, Dubizzle, or any other reseller.
• In case of cancellation or postponement of the event, the refund of this e-ticket is subject to the terms & conditions of the event organizer.
• No admission: Disorderly conduct, noncompliance with security measures, violation of any rules, policies, or regulations, or unauthorized use of this ticket may result in denial of admission or removal of ticketholder from Etihad Arena and/or prosecution, as determined in the sole discretion of Etihad Arena, their representatives, affiliates and/or agents or law enforcement.

• This event will be a JAYB phone-free experience. Use of phones, smart watches, and accessories will not be permitted in the performance space. Other than your phone, we strongly encourage you to leave your smart watches and any other smart devices at home.
• Upon arrival at the venue, after you have scanned your tickets, please put your phones on silent. Phones, smart watches, and accessories will then be secured in individual JAYB pouches at the security check-in. Guests always maintain possession of their devices and can access them only at designated JAYB Phone Use Areas within the venue. All devices must be re-secured in pouches before exiting designated JAYB Phone Use Areas.
• Anyone seen using a device (phone, smartwatch, or accessories) during the performance will be escorted out of the venue.

By car: The arena is located in the heart of Abu Dhabi, and can be accessed via major highways and roads. If you are coming from downtown Abu Dhabi, you can take Sheikh Zayed Road and follow the signs to the arena.

By public transportation: Etihad Arena is easily accessible by bus. The nearest bus station would be Al Matar Al Qadeem bus stop, which is located approximately 800 meters away.

By taxi: You can also take a taxi to Etihad Arena. It’s a famous destination and most drivers would be familiar with its location.
