ALEC Engineering & Contracting LLC (ALEC) is a leading multidisciplinary construction company headquartered in Dubai and a subsidiary of the Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD). Established in 1999 as a joint venture between Al Jaber Group and South Africa’s Grinaker LTA, ALEC evolved into a fully ICD-owned entity by 2017.
