Formally established as a division in March 2019, BMD was created to streamline and elevate ESAG’s offerings in building and infrastructure materials by consolidating three well-established subsidiaries—Mac Al Gurg (est. 1974), Al Semsam Building Materials (est. 1995), and Bath & More (est. 2019)
