Born in Dubai with a driving passion to shake up the chicken scene, Jailbird started life as a little chicken shop down an alley opposite a cemetery.

Pretty soon we grew to become the only destination for in-the-know chicken fans.

The reason for our success? We’re dedicated to doing one thing, and one thing only: real fried chicken. And doing it better than anyone else.

Good enough doesn’t cut it. We constantly test and improve our recipes to make sure we bring the tastiest chicken out there. Every single time.
