There’s always a defining moment in everyone’s life. A moment that sets it on a particular course, sometimes unbeknownst to you.

For me, this moment was when I drove myself to complete burnout and resigned from the corporate world. I started questioning my purpose in life.

I didn’t have a plan. I just knew I wanted to do something that would make a difference in people’s lives.

Having majored in Psychology in university, life came full circle when I stumbled upon the Jay Shetty Certification School to be a Life Coach.

Having been through my share of trauma and personal setbacks with the most painful being losing my only sibling who meant everything to me; I know my journey of overcoming these involved therapy, using different modalities including life coaching, understanding myself better, working through my own limited beliefs, finding resilience and owning my voice.
