
Wild & The Moon is a Paris-born, plant-based café concept that has established a strong presence in Dubai, offering a menu that is 100% organic, vegan, gluten-free, and free from additives and refined sugars. Founded by Emmanuelle Sawko, also known for Comptoir 102, the café embodies a holistic approach to food, aiming to be “good for you, good for the planet, and delicious.”
Wild & The Moon’s offerings are crafted from ethically sourced, seasonal ingredients, utilizing preparation methods like cold-pressing, soaking, and low-temperature dehydration to preserve nutrients. Signature items include:
Rawiflower: A raw cauliflower tabbouleh enhanced with pomegranate seeds and nut cheese.
Soba Noodle Salad: Combines buckwheat noodles with nori, tamari, guacamole, radish, and bok choy.
Acai Bowl: Features acai berries topped with homemade granola, coconut flakes, and fresh bananas.
Dessert options include banana cake, scones, and carrot cake, all plant-based and gluten-free.
