Our vibrant food has been delighting hungry guests since 1997. From the first YO! in Soho, London, which introduced the ‘kaiten’ conveyor belt and colour-coded dishes to this country, we now have almost 100 restaurants around the world. In that twenty years, we’ve never stopped discovering, exploring and innovating…we’ve got stacks of new dishes, venues and ideas coming round the belt!
