The Bloomberg Square Mile Relay is a corporate running relay race that takes place in 13 of the world's most vibrant financial cities. The race is a 10-mile relay, with each team consisting of 10 runners. The race is a great way for businesses to build team spirit, promote health and wellness, and give back to their communities. The Bloomberg Square Mile Relay also has a charitable component. For every mile run, Bloomberg donates $30,000 to a local charity partner. 79 teams from the city’s biggest businesses took to the start line but it was Emirates Steel that not only took the title but retained their victory from last year, completing the 10 laps of the one-mile course in a time of 01:00:41 – they remain the ‘Fastest Firm in the City’
